Anthony Losanno joined Emerald in February 2023 and serves as the SVP of Sales for the Content Division which maximizes growth, profitability, focus, and collaboration across Emerald’s brands and assets. In this role, Anthony leads the company’s content sales strategy while delivering revenue growth for Emerald’s 365-day digital and print brands.
Anthony is an experienced digital media executive with a demonstrated history of dramatically scaling revenue, building teams and creating effective sales cultures. He has successfully launched effective marketing programs at a range of established global brands and start-ups where he demonstrated his deep expertise in digital, programmatic, e-commerce, content marketing, print, video, and social media.
Prior to joining Emerald, Anthony was the Vice President at DZone, the leading B2B software developer community. He previously served in several Senior Vice President and Vice President roles at several companies including social media video producer Brut, ad monetization solution Freestar, and Future plc, where he led a portfolio of consumer technology and B2B brands. Anthony has also served in key sales and editorial roles at Tidal Labs, Huddler, Laptop Magazine, and Good Housekeeping.
Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Rutgers University and was twice the recipient of Media Industry News’ Sales Executive of the Year Award. Anthony and his husband currently reside most of the year in Chicago, Illinois with winters spent in Tampa, Florida. He is an avid world traveler who has visited over 80 countries and is always looking for his next adventure.
