Vincenzo DiMaggio

Vince DiMaggio is Chief Accounting Officer at Emerald (NYSE: EEX), where he leads the company’s accounting organization, including global accounting operations, financial reporting, technical accounting, and compliance. With more than 25 years of experience across public and private companies, Vince brings a disciplined, forward-thinking approach to strengthening Emerald’s financial infrastructure, enhancing automation, and ensuring transparency and accuracy across all financial processes. In his role, Vince partners closely with Emerald’s executive leadership team to build a scalable, data-driven accounting organization that supports the company’s growth strategy and operational excellence. He oversees initiatives to modernize systems, integrate acquisitions, and advance automation and process improvements that enhance efficiency and financial discipline across the enterprise. Prior to joining Emerald, Vince served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Stagwell Global, where he oversaw global accounting, reporting, and compliance for a diverse international portfolio. He previously held leadership roles as Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Endeavor, Deputy Controller at Viacom Inc., and Vice President & Assistant Corporate Controller at The New York Times Company. Vince is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John’s University.
