(NYSE:EEX) (“Emerald” or the “Company”) today announced that David Doft will become its Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) effective immediately following the conclusion of the Company’s reporting of financial results and filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019.
