Chad Fors

Chad Fors joined Emerald in August 2022 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Information Technology, leading the IT function across all divisions of the company. In this and his previous role as Emerald Vice President, IT Project Management, he has successfully established IT best practices while directing teams responsible for strategy, planning, applications development, project/program management, reporting, budgeting, vendor management and other aspects of the function.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Chad is an established technology leader with a distinguished career at a variety of leading companies. Prior to joining Emerald he served as Senior Director, Service Delivery at Network Data Systems where he led a multi-million-dollar national professional services line of business, delivering IT project and staffing services to national Fortune 500 and global enterprise clients. He also was Vice President of IT and Operations at Young Innovations, Principal Staff Engineer at Motorola, and Founder of two technology services businesses.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University where he graduated with distinction. He currently resides in southern California with his wife Julie, where they enjoy spending time outdoors, entertaining, golfing, and the nearby wine country.
