In 2025, This Is Beyond agreed to be acquired by Emerald Holding, Inc. (NYSE: EEX) as part of Emerald’s strategic expansion into high-growth experiential and luxury travel markets, bringing This Is Beyond’s portfolio and creative team, including Serge, into the Emerald family.

In his role, Serge continues to set strategic direction and oversee the development of This Is Beyond’s global platforms, now supported by Emerald’s broader resources to scale impact and elevate customer engagement across luxury travel sectors.
